There are many myths about microphone recording. Some people say that a regular studio is required to record particular sounds. But the fact is that these sounds can be recorded anywhere, anytime using various sound recording softwares. There is no concept of studio microphone. Microphone is able to record sound anywhere, be it in your kitchen or your living room. While recording sound on stage, generally good quality microphones are used but not in a recording studio. These microphones have a lot many features and no particular microphone is used for different sound recordings. A single microphone can be used to record all types of sound be it guitar or drum. The only thing is that those sounds that are best suited to them should be recorded.
Shure SM 57 microphones are used most often. It is a bit cheaper than other microphones. No single microphone can provide you all the features but it is ultimately your call to choose the right one. You should consider all the options before buying and select the best one. Remember that a wrong choice may cause many serious issues. If you are using a particular type of microphone, or if you want to use another microphone, it should be a bit different than the previous one.

You are required to install an audio editor called FlexiMusic Wave Editor. Basic functions of a audio editor include sound editing, playing or sound recording. To install it, you should go to most trusted sites and download FlexiMusic Wave Editor. Now you should download the related .exe file. After this, you can find a shortcut for Wave Editor in Programs menu. 2) Audio recording
To create a new file, go to Start button > All Programs > FlexiMusic > FlexiMusic Wave Editor. Now select File -> New and select the format as 44100Hz, 16 bits and Stereo. Now click on the screen where you want to insert the sound you recorded. You should then prepare your script on a paper so that you can read it later. Click Record tool button to open FlexiMusic Wave Editor. You should select Microphone option before you start sound recording. Click Recording Source button, Recording Control dialog box appears. Select Microphone and choose the select option. Now adjust the recording volume. Click the Start button. Speak loudly into the microphone. You can pause the recording and resume by clicking the Continue button. Finally click Stop button and then click Done. Now play the recorded sound by clicking Play button.
